Mountainside Village - Professional Offices

The Professional Office space is comprised of four 1-story and two 2-story buildings. Each single story building has 7,200sf and each of the two story buildings has 14,400sf.

 

As an example, the one story building can be configured to accommodate up to four suites per building. Each suite would have 1,800sf and two ADA restrooms.

 

As an excellent financial investment, we offer the option to purchase your own building or, if you prefer to lease, we currently have lease space available for occupancy in Spring, 2007.

 

Since our firm is also the design-build general contractor as well as the developer and property owner, we have complete control of the development and therefore are better able to negotiate with our clients to help them toward making the move to our development a reality.
